In brief True-Budget Accom will pay all individual accommodation providers on your behalf and at the end of each month or week, issue your company with one invoice clearly detailing each cost as per the confirmation agreed.
This will save time and resources, checking, filing and paying numerous individual invoices freeing your personnel to work on more important matters.
How will the system work?
- Agree a minimum and maximum budget for each type of accommodation and additional hotel services.
- Calculate an average weekly/monthly spend, pay an agreed amount as a security deposit to True-Budget Accom, call it a working float. This amount can fluctuate throughout the year in accordance with your accommodation needs.
- True-Budget Accom will source, book, confirm and pay all accommodation providers.
- True-Budget Accom will invoice your company at the end of each month or weekly if preferred giving a detailed breakdown with copies of confirmations plus a handling charge of £4.00 for every booking made.
In order to ensure True-Budget Accom are sourcing the best available rate the Company may wish to share the savings made under an agreed budget level, on the condition that the quality of accommodation used is not below the acceptable standard.
